내몽골의 가수 HAYA BAND의 Silent Sky(寂静的天空)입니다. 

여성 보컬 DaiQing Tana를 비롯, 6명의 몽골계 중국인, 필리핀, 스위스 등의 출신 멤버로 구성되어 있는 HAYA BAND는 중국 내몽골 자치구에서 활동하는 밴드인데요..

특히, 다국적 멤버 구성과 중국내 소수민족인 몽골족의 음악을 전통과 현대 악기를 사용하여 몽골어로 노래하는 등 중국에서 가장 독특한 음악 그룹 중 하나로 꼽힙니다. 

Silent Sky(寂静的天空) - 이 노래는 하야가 2011년 선보인 두 번째 앨범의 타이틀 곡으로, 자연을 사랑하고 음악을 통해 인간 내면과 영혼에 대한 갈망을 자신들만의 몽골 음악에 대한 해석으로 표현합니다. 

귀를 통해 조용히 가슴으로 울려 퍼지는 매끄럽고 신비로운 DaiQing Tana의 목소리와 우수에 섞인 음감은 늦겨울 밤을 몽환 속에 빠지게 합니다.

이 노래를 듣다 보면 전통과 현대, 그리고 우리와 비슷한 그들의 문화와 정서를 느낄 수 있습니다. 

그리고 이 노래는 전반부는 몽골어로 부르고 후반부는 중국어(만다린어)로 부르는 것을 알 수 있는데, 가만히 듣다보면 몽골어로 부른 부분이 더 아름답게 들립니다.

중국어로 된 부분은..뭐랄까요.. 중국인 가수가 부르는 약간은 정형화 되면서 세련된 기교의 중화스러운 느낌이라고 할까요..? 미묘한 차이가 있는데 언어에서 주는 감성이 가수와 청자(聽子)에게 투영되기 때문이 아닐까 싶습니다.
